Folks,

A bit last minute but if anyone is interested in a hill race up north this weekend make your way to Kintail/Morvich for the Shiel Gala. As part of the gala there is a hill race up and down Beinn Bhuidhe (approx 6k/500mtrs). Start time is 215pm. There is also a multi terrain race (approx 7k, undulating) at 1215, doing both is definitely an option.
